FROM FARM TO TABLE!
Our family has been dedicated to the cultivation of fruit trees for years. We work with love on the crops, to obtain fruits of high nutritional value and good flavor. This is how we offer a unique gastronomic experience to our visitors.
Currently, the farm is mainly dedicated to the cultivation of Hass avocados, and other crops are planted, such as apples, peaches, plums, kale, and tomato, among others. Rainbow trout is produced, which owes its name to the iridescent tone of its skin.
We produce in harmony with the environment and implement good agricultural practices. We have the GAP certification from the State Phytosanitary Service.

Among our customers' favorite dishes are the hamburger, tacos and trout ceviche, as well as the famous guacamole made with Hass avocado that we grow on the farm.
We also have a cafeteria service, delicious hot and cold drinks.
We offer a natural drink with seasonal fruit, according to the production at the time.
We have unique preparations such as avocado ice cream and the famous apple pie, which is a recipe created and perfected by our mother: Anita.
