CANCELLATION POLICIES
- All reservations must be made with a 50% deposit at least 5 days prior to the guest's check-in date. If payment is not received, the reservation will be deleted from our system.
- Payment methods: cash, bank deposit, bank transfer or mobile SINPE.
- CANCELLATIONS: Once the money has been received, it is not refundable. If you are unable to visit us and notify us 24 hours or more in advance, we can reschedule your reservation for one time only. If your cancellation is made less than 24 hours prior to the check-in time and date, it will not be rescheduled nor will the money be refunded.
- All rates include breakfast and sales tax.
- Children under 4 years old do not pay. Children between 4 and 11 years old pay $13. Children 12 years old and older and/or an extra adult in the room pay $25.
- No reservation will be valid until payment has been received at least 5 days before your check-in date. Once payment has been received, a confirmation will be sent to your email or WhatsApp.

- Pets are not allowed.
- Check-in is at 2pm and check-out is at 12pm.
- Lauraceas Lodge is committed to safeguarding the confidentiality of our guests' information. The information requested will only be for the use of Lauraceas Lodge.
- Rates must be confirmed prior to booking. Rates may be subject to change based on availability and occupancy.
